which wire to tap for interior led lights?

hey guys. as you can see from my info i dont drive a focus, but my mother does. she wants me to do some stuff to her car so i need some help. I've done plenty of electrical wiring and stuff in my car, and in her 2003 Focus already added an LED dome light in her trunk and a 6" neon tube in the middle under the rear seats.
now we've got two 10" neon tubes that glow with the music and I need to know which cable under the dash is the one that runs to the headlights. these are going right under the dash on the footwells. I intend to do the wiring so that the lights only come on with her headlights on, as I did in my car with my LEDs.
i'm going out to do it within the hour on my own, but if you can point me in the right direction that speeds up the process!
thanks!
