Seats

So my drivers side seat is squeaking to all hell. Its one of the two tone ST seats. I have taken it apart and "fixed" it which worked for a while but the squeak is coming back again.... So my question is do you guys know anywhere that sells OEM seats? I try all the Ford Parts sites but they all seem to sell just parts for the seats. I am not looking for any upgrade or anything just a replacement. I am going to call the dealer tomorrow as well to see just how much one would cost from them. Any help would be great.

Yes I lubed all moving parts. But in addition I pulled the upholstery off the top part of the seat and adjusted everything in there and lubed it up a bit. It stopped for about two weeks and now it is coming back but at a different time. It only squeaks when I move in the seat from side to side say while taking corners. I took it apart again tonight and found nothing unusual. The 6 springs that hold the mesh support hold it down very secure which was the problem initially. Initially the mesh had moved up and the two bent parts at the very top were rubbing against a cross-member of the top of the seat. I pulled it down where it was supposed to be and adjusted the springs to hold it there more securely.

When I took it apart tonight I noticed nothing unusual so I kinda shook everything down, put some silicon lube on things and put it back together. Still squeaks though. I emailed two different Ford dealers. One about fixing the problem and the other about how much a replacement seat would cost. So we will see tomorrow. Any other suggestions though? I wish I had pictures to illustrate exactly what I saw. Its a little hard to describe.

I remember hearing about a TSB for squeaky seats... I don't know how to look up TSBs though.

It wouldn't be a recall. It's just a TSB, which is basically Ford acknowledging a problem and providing information on how to correct it.

Oh can you look up TSB's on those sites? I only found sections for recalls.
