HOW TO: Leds inside project, front and rear green illumination.

Hello everyone, i post my project with pictures i've done a few months.

I have install green 5mm ultra bright led's in the central console. Here the picture you will understand more the how-to and what it's look like.

What you need:
- 4x > del's 5mm, ultra bright green (3volt each) + 2 spares... if one defective.
- 4x > 5mm del sockets
- 1x > an on/off round switch
- 4x > 1/2w 470ohms resistence
- glue gun (+ 2 glue stick)
- Drill & mesh<not sure of that word.
- Alarm 3 wired cable
- Soldering gun (cheep will be fine)
- Soldering (huh in english ?? the chemical plomb soldering ??) sorry for my english!

You need to soldered the resistence in parralele, and limed the led because the projection will not be optimate. See pictures more down bellow, you will understand!

Driver side: LED NOT LIMED projection / Passenger Side: Limed del projection.

LOOK AT THIS :

-- Led not limed

-- LED LIMED

At the back seats

Take the POSITIVE current of the O-ring lighter plug,
take the negative current (black wired) of the lighter plus.

In that way, you will dimmer the leds and open only when the night running.

My project done.
Enjoy!

wow man you did a terrific job! those look really nice, and light up the footwells very nicely, i may have to do this cuz 10 dollars over 50+ for led bars and such to put under the seats is def a better way to go!

Thanks im verry proud of the work we've done me and my friend prophete, he has an Ford Focus 06 zx5 ses GFX yellow one but not registered here, he not speak in english verry well. Like me but ... and what ever!

I will soon change thoes led for blue one to fit on the latest mods i have done. All blue headlights & windows controls in blue, same for oem radio. So i will change my cluster too soon, and samething for the floor central console change for blue ones.

Seriously, thanks for ford focus 08 for the idea!!
