From another post I saw on FF. The author said that the button from a Ford GT fits perfectly into the cig/power outlet hole in the dash. So I guess that would be a Ford part. I don't have numbers though.

it would be REALLY difficult to replace the keyed ignition. there is a chip in there. you can hook up a switch that can start the car, with the key turned to the accessory. but it would take a lot to replace the keyed cylinder.

you could tecnically use any push button for the job. i got mine from pepboys. it was a really easy job to do. one of the first things i did to my focus myself. just search around here. you'll find a GREAT write-up.

I always figured if I did a push-start setup I'd use one of these:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/19...c153s316#blank

Bulgin Vandal switch...high-quality stainless steel with a LED illuminated ring or dot, typically used on industrial control panels. Wire it up so the light comes on when the key is put into the on position. Mmmmm....

You would have to tap into the key detect wire of the car not shure the if The FoFo has one... BUt if it does you could run that on a relay wich would throw 12 volts to the push button..
