How to get the Vents off!!

I've looked and pulled(not too hard) at the vents in my 2001 SE and I see where its hooked in but I can't get them off for the life of me!!

you can youse a screwdriver and just pry it off.. it should pop right out

Squeeze them like you ould squeeze a hamburgers and then get a flat srewdriver and put it inbetween the bottom on the vent and the dash and pop it off they come off easy...

I've found that I can simply just lift the bottom of the outter ring of the vent, not the inside (movable) part and it will pop right out. I prefer not to use a screwdriver to pry things out, as your chances for scratching something are much higher.

Yes thats true but wrapping the end of the screw driver with a lay of electrical tape reduces that risk dramatically or you can just get a interior trim removal kit and the total eliminates the chance

oval vents squeeze out like mister bin said, the side triangular vents are plastic welded, gotta pop em off and epoxy them back on
