glow guage set

i installed glow guages a few weeks ago. these were the kind that you hafta slip over the needles. my speedo needle came off. i put it back on and thought everything would be fine. in cold weather, it sticks at 25 to 30 and then bumps to 35. but after the car has warmed up, everything returns to normal. i have checked to see if the needle was riding on the face itself but it has good clearance. i wanted to check to see if anyone had anything else to try b4 i take it to a shop. by the way, i did recalibrate it to the digital speedo in the test mode, so it does read correctly, most of the time. thanks

it sounds like to me that the glow gauges doesn't sit plush to the whole cluster. Make sure that when the needle goes around that it's not touching your glow gauges at all. Pull the needles out slightly and take it for a drive and see what happens.
