Factory Wiring Question

I have non power car. Has no power windows or locks. Just a basic car. I was wondering if anyone knows if they are pre wired from the factory for power stuff. Lets say if I found a power seat at the salvage, is the wiring in there to plug it in? Or if I found some nice power doors with locks and windows, is the wiring there to hook them up? I know it would be easier to not worry about it and find another car that had power stuff, but it is what it is and was just an idea I was toying around with. This is my daughters car and she wants to put a nicer radio in it but with no power anything I am worried there is going to always be a door unlocked and if we put an alarm in it would be nice if the power locks and stuff worked. Was just curious. I know some cars I have had in the past were pre wired for about everything whether power stuff was installed or not.

Generally No to the wiring for those options being present.

And like in the case of door locks you'd need new door and switch panels, regulators, switches, and other parts as well, the wiring is only the beginning of your parts list. If truly no locks or other you may even need the major central timer module along with the entire harness for that.

My thought was to replace the entire door with one from the salvage. Just didnt know if the door harness was wires in the chassis already just needing the fuses installed.

Fog light wiring is often present, but not always complete.

Haven't seen any noticeable number with extra chassis wiring for door accessories present (none recently) and some of the ones that did have extra were for smaller items like mirrors.

Looking at the plug for unused pins would be the only way to see if anything was currently there & unused. (comparing the door side with the chassis side)

Interior wiring will not be the same. The entire interior harness is different as well as the GEM.

You can bolt on power doors but you'll see right away that the wiring on the chassis side isn't pinned, to the GEM or the fuse panel.

TBH, it's not worth the effort to swap, unless your arms are broken.
