why don't you just cut and swap the two outer wires instead of messing up the connector

This is an old post I know. I did something like this with my 2000. However, I did not cut the connectors or splice wires. I actually modified the light bulb hole in the taillight to accommodate the bulb inserts. Took 10mins and has worked.

Does anybody know how to make there blinkers in the stop lights?
My 2001 ZTS doesn't seem to be set up like everyone else's either. For mine, the top lights have NO BULB IN THEM AT ALL, nor even a socket for one....they're just REFLECTORS on the inside.....my circle lights house the dual-filiminted bulbs (allowing them to shine brighter or lower) and are my running lights, my turn signals, AND my brake lights, all in one. How boring is that?!

You have to cut the connector part that goes into the taillight housing so the blinker will fit into brake part and the brake light for the blinker as well. The blinker bulbs and brake bulbs are exactly the same bulb electrically. I'll post some picks up
