Mach headlight solenoid

I need to replace the high beam solenoids on the projectors in my Mach headlights (the high beams are starting to hang on on the projectors) but I have not been able to find replacements anywhere online. Does anyone know where to find them or what the part numbers are? From what I understand, the projectors are Hella E55's.

You may have to replace the projectors. I'm not sure. You might want to anyway as the Hella E55s are old and some of the newer style projectors out there put out much better lighting.

Not what I wanted to here but what I was afraid of. Anyone else ever need to replace the solenoid or need to replace the projectors because of them?

I would pull one apart and get a # off the solenoid. Then jump on DigiKey and see what you find.
I can't image they're all the expensive. Just a little 12v linear solenoid.

I have no idea what I'm doing

If he remembers, you'll have your numbers off the solenoid. I'm curious also.

The other thing you could do is see if a cheap set of Machs come up on the forum for parts only or whatever and buy them. I see them every now and again and then you will have a full set of parts you can use. Actually, I have a full projector in a box in my closet from a Mach hid which has slight damage to the lens (not sure if it will effect performance) that I could sell you? Let me know!
