If you want the "ZX5" or "focus" part black, you can just plastidip it. The actual ford emblem check out tfb designs.

If you want to do some work and have a solid, billet aluminum one vs a sticker they do sell them too but they are pricier and probably not a direct swap:

I seen a guy take them off and dip them in bleach to strip the chrome, I think they turned black without painting. I cant find the thread right now.

Heres what I did, but it left the chrome intact still. I took black tail light paint, sprayed them probably 10 times with mist coats, then I took a gun wash or paint thinner and wiped the entire emblem. It left the blue ford emblem a nice black smoke with the ford still visible underneath and surrounding chrome. So pretty much the blue is now black. You dont have to mask it if you take the emblem off( saves you from trying to mask all the chrome off if you want to leave it chrome). Just spray it a few times and wipe and you have the black insert instead of blue.
