hid kits for 2006 st SAP

I was wondering if anyone has successfully installed an hid kit in their 06 st. I got a kit sent to me it was a AC 55w dual beam and the lock ring would not go around the base and the bulb was too long it hit the deflector. . Also what hid kit would I use for the fog lights... im loking for 4300k in the head lights and 3000k fogs

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

unless you have projectors, nothing. the best will be the stock setup.

Need to do a retrofit if you want the best; that will involve baking/opening the headlights and making a proper projector fit in there.

morimoto mini's are popular, they are small compared to other projectors and still have some great output. check out www.theretrofitsource.com

Since you have the SAP , you might as well hang it up on doing an HID kit for the fogs all because of the bulbs too. I tried 3 different kits and none of them would work because of the bulbs being to long and hitting the housing. But someone on here actually got a kit to work but had to do some customizing and I'm not for that . Just in case I wanted to go back stock . But as far as the headlights I got a set of Projectors from a company on E bay and put a HID kit in them and haven't had any issues with anything over heating and I'll be going on maybe 5 years with them .
