Halo LEDs Flashing

So i just installed my new Halo Projectors for my 06 ZX5, one side works perfectly, but the other side has a small problem, being that the halo led's are flickering very fast, im wondering if that may mean a poor led strip that came with the lights. my wiring is fine because i tested the wires in multiple ways and i always came away with flickering halo's. help anybody?

The LED's go first on the Anzo's then the Halo's will short out and take out your parking lights.
