packing tape?

wouldnt pinstriping and masking tape make for better lines?

also, do you remove the masking before or after your clearcoat?

also, be careful on how you do these tails for people. if you charge for a service and you are doing quite a few of them, you will get hit by Tom for the same thing Chad did when he was tinting tails. just a warning. that is why Chad is a vendor now.

The ones i am doing for nor cal aren't for a business. Just because i was able to snag a spare set for well free. I have to get them but it's whatever. Not a business. you can do either i removed then cleared.

And honestly i found clear packing tape to work just as well as pinstriping tape. Just me though.

Robbie I'm prolly gonna try this within the next week or so, but I was wondering aobut the corners. Is it better to do this over clear one or does it matter. I know it's kind of a dumb question, but I was just wanting to know if I needed to get new ones first. Thanks!

If you have clear corners or amber it will work the same. I did it over amber and they are black when not lit. They will come out about the same in the end. I love it i giggle when i see my car lol.

Keep me updated so i can addd your pics to this so members can see others setups. WOOT!!
