eibach pro kit is a little lower, but not much. It should be a good fit for you.

I have Sportlines on my FoFo. Love them! Gave me a 2" drop. Just watch out because I'm not sure about your car, but Eibach discontinued their springs for my car.. I searched every where and found one set.

ive heard that they ride a lot more rough though...is that true? also, what is the thought on coilovers? worth it? or any substantial benefits of them?

If you're gonna go lower, get new shocks and struts. My car doesn't ride that rough at all. Depending on how low you go, you may need a camber kit. I don't know much about coilovers. I just know to get good ones, you're gonna pay a pretty penny. I was happy with just a 2" drop, so I didn't need coilovers. Just in lowering my car, I dropped an easy $600, but I didn't need a camber kit which was around another $200. And another thing, stay away from eBay!!!!

quality coilovers are always a good option. As Ms. CLN noted, they will cost you a bit more.
