Just heard from the insurance company. My car has an ACV of $7,976.83. I can either take that money, minus my deductible and put it towards a new focus.

Or I can keep my car after I pay the salvage value of the car ($1,275), my deductible, and the remaining amount of my lien and pocket $4,138.47. But this is apparently contingent on the lien holder allowing me to keep my car and them not taking it.

My logic tells me that I should be able to keep it. My loan amount is higher than the salvage value so they'd make more money letting me keep my car and paying off the rest of the loan amount.

If I can't keep it, I'm prepared to badmouth JP Morgan Chase to no end. Lol.

Yup I sure did
Yesterday I was put on a performance write pretty much said I needed to sell 8 cars if not it could lead to termination, I figured they where looking to get rid of me but I was 4 mins late and my gm walked in and said I have 20mins to clear my desk that he no longer needed my services, so I packed my stuff and went into his office and gave him my keys and license plate and thanked him for the opportunity and went to shake his hand and he didn't want to do it at first which really pissed me off and then asked why he came this conclusion and he said I was always late, a fat lie he was looking for a reason and I gave him one
Oh well time to move on to bigger better things :)
