when i installed mine, i didnt have to cut anything. so you should be fine.. it is just a rusty ass bolt that will probably be hard as hell to break ( losen )
took me a couple whacks with a breaker bar, and then when i finally broke it, it slammed my hand to the ground.. lol.
youll be fine!

Yep. Unbolts in the front, you'll have to cut it to get it out though.

Aftermarket exhausts usually use a few extra bolt together joints.

The stock exhaust bolts to the flexpipe and then is welded the rest of the way back. You would have to remove the rear suspension including the rear crossmember to get it off in one piece.

Having removed all of that one time, it is not a good idea to do it in this case and is much easier to cut the exhaust just after the can muffler (not the lunchbox) and reweld if you wanna put it back on.

I just backed my car onto ramps, unbolted the front, and used a saws all *SP, took about 5 seconds to cut through.

On the duratec cars, the exhausts will fit as long as the muffler is canister style (a round one, not oval). The MBRP uses that style and will work.
