I don't just show up, cause I never just assume I'm welcome somewhere.

t was counter productive for me to mount tires on a set of wheels to just un mount and then re mount on another set of wheels.

Meets I'm referring to are car meets, shearer official or just get togethers.

Sorry blowing all my money just to auto x for an hour isn't my top priority

Reasons Aku makes bank but isn't saving for $1000 Alex. Hard to have two "cool" cars plus a bike, drive to GR all the time and somehow still save.

woah there. don't assume my income is expendable. I just choose to pay a little extra coin for weekends that aren't full of my sitting my ass on my couch

Also don't live with mommy and daddy...

Moving back home will help my bank account immensely if that is what I end up doing. More job hunting tonight me thinks

I'm pretty sure I've said this at least a dozen times now but I'll say it again in case you weren't listening.

any time anyone on this forum ever wants to come hang out in GR they are welcome to.

I can point you to at least 4 different houses with open beds or at least a couch to crash on.

and Courtney loves to cook. Come to GR any time and you will be fed/sheltered and there is always stuff/things to do as well.

likewise, blowing a weeks worth of gas money to come sit in a parking lot and look at cars supposedly designed to go fast that will never see a track: drag/road/auto-x/rally in their lives is also not my priority. I'll pay money to hang out with good friends any time, but as most people I know in the car scene were also not going to be at the xceed meet it seemed smarter to spend my money going to a meet that more people would be at.

Also you can afford to do anything cause of buying house and wedding?

But you can afford sowo and other trips. And ski trips for weekends?

Maybe its time to re-evaluate all of that . Since you wanna point out how I spend my money.

We all can't get high paying jobs while in school like yourself.

Give me tough love or whatever, you'll get it right back

exactly?........that shouldn't be a terribly hard concept to figure out.

3 trips to WF would cost me about the same as 1 trip to SOWO.

1 trip to an xceed bbq would cost me as much as a day skiing.

by not doing 1 think I can do another.....

also I wouldn't really consider my job to be high paying but thanks I guess.

Hi my name is Brad and I don't come out to a lot of fun things even when it's local and my really good friend visits because my balls are stuck in my woman's person and my leash isn't that long..

wasn't meaning to be offensive. was just saying we have different priorities. the amount of trips to/from GR/WF were more evenly split between us when our priorities were more similar.

also true. living with parents saves me a ton of money on rent, although I just wind up dumping all that rent money into college. its not an ideal situation but its the option I choose for various reasons. some people put living on campaus/not living with their parents, higher on the list of values, i'd rather have less debt and be stuck at home for a little while longer.

I'd love to be at MI Tech but the costs outweighed the benefits for me. we're all adults everyone here can choose their rent and how they handle school.

also good! hunt for more jobs! any word back from that GR recruiter yet?
