My coworker is pushing me to diet with him. Going to start drinking less soda/junk stuff, more water, better intake of food vs junk shit. Less beer, but not cutting it out, and more active. I think tomorrow is the make a list of acceptable foods and drinks.

This may suck, but if I can get back to 180\190 im down.

Chaney, simple diet is simple. I stopped drinking soda, and only drink when I'm getting drunk. (Sunday on the boat I got drunk,) but I don't just have two casual beers on a Tuesday night, useless calories. Do that and avoid fast food, and you should be in a decent position.

I want to try and cut back fast food as well although that is usually whats for lunch. At first I wanna start cutting it out for dinner meaning more cooking at home. and I need to start being more active again and i should start to shed the weight. I got fat when drinking way to often with little exercise but for a while. i've been maintaining a steady weight. Watching my intake a bit and working it off more I should be good.

I drank about a 24 pack worth Saturday and Sunday. Worked yesterday.

Also to make sense anyone know someone that can do a timing chain on a dodge 4.7. For like 2 to 300 for labor. Parts are 260 for it. Otherwise I'm getting a Sierra

truuf!

my fast food budget is down $25 a month from what it used to be and my eating out budget is down by nearly $80

which equates to far more eating homemade food which means healthier.

also biking all the time again I've lost what little beer fat I had. went another notch tighter on my belt than I was a month ago.

Also other easy things to do.

Do 50 push ups everyday. (Takes 5 minutes if you are slow.) When you can do them in two sets, (of 25 each) then do 100 push ups everyday. You'd be amazed how much of a difference that can make. (Especially if you don't have a gym to go to.)

That and do something like mountain bike or do other things that are fun, yet burn calories. Or play basketball, etc.

You still doing multiple dew's a day? Get like Coke zero or dr. pepper 10. Then you still get to drink pop and have no calories!
