Unhappy Water leak/smoke when ac is on

When I turn on my ac after a while it begins to leak water or refregerant(cause it's cold) and sometimes I'll hear a squealing noise also and if I turn off the ac it'll stop. I know condensation is normal but I'm not sure if there's more than one spot for condensation cause I'm seeing a lot of water leaking. Not sure where to start. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and the smoke comes in through the vents and smells like rubber or plastic and there will be steam under the hood.

It should drip water, under the car when it drips out the outlet in the firewall.

Squealing sounds like a serpentine belt problem, or at a stretch a slipping clutch at the compressor.

Smoke & steam are bad things, sweet smell is leaking coolant.

Rubber smell & smoke could be the serpentine belt tearing up.

You didn't mention how fast or when this happens, or if the A/C is working BTW.

First check for normal operation with the A/C off.

Then you want to check out the compressor for turning fairly easily, then turn the engine on and watch it's clutch to see it engage with A/C on. See what the belt does then.

Cooling fans kicking on when A/C in use? Temps staying normal?

It's also leaking from where that tin can is but idk what it's called lol I replaced the serpentine belt about a month ago because it slipped off. It can happen when I'm driving 20 mph or 60. The ac works and everything. Even when the smoke goes through the vents it still works, there's just smoke. The car operates good when the ac is off and the cars temp doesn't rise when the ac is on. And yes the cooling fans kick on. Just don't know where the smoke is coming from. Well it's by the alternator but I checked alternator and it's good. But when it smokes that's the area it's by. Maybe the ac compressor is starting to go out??
