2009, 1.4L engine knock and stutter

The car has 72000km the engine is 1.4L 80hp (year 2009), the knocking started at 30k, The knock is coming from the back of the engine(exhaust side). When the car is cold, when its warm you can hear it its there but is not loud and audible you can only hear it if you know that its there. When you rev it to 6000rpm and turn off the ignition the same moment when the revs go down you can NOT hear the knock. When deceleration on a downhill you can hear it loud, if you turn off the engine and in gear you cant hear the knock. The knock is not so loud when using 5w20 oil for ecoboost engines but after 7k on one oil change it will become audible. The second problem is: When accelerating you can feel vibration (like stutter but it is not stutter) in second gear and third from 1200 to 2100 rpm. Under medium throttle or full throttle it is the same. Everything is checked no one can find what the problem is. Nor private mechanic nor a licensed ford service. It doesnt get worse it doesnt go away. The same problem is from 30k km. (some may say it is the injectors but they are fine). Watch the youtube video be patient the knocking will start after 30 sec you can listen to the engine first and rewind on the end you will spot the difference in sound ! My guess is that its one of the injectors leaking. Because when you turn off the ignition and engine is running if it was a mechanical thing it will have the knock but it goes away! The problem is that ive tried one by one removing the spark plug wires and driving there is a knock no matter what spark plug wire is removed! the engine doesnt spend oil. If I make an oil change on 15k km it doesnt spend a ml.
The video(be patient listen to it all the way! the sound changes pitch):

PS: i dont have another youtube account so i had to post it there, ignore the other gaming videos :)
