TSB15-01091 trany fix, does that fix it?

Hello. Moving onto my 3'rd post now here. Today, I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus 4DR Sedan S. It had just been repaired in December for the abovementioned transmission issue (TCM Overt Failure, replaced TCM, seal, and reprogrammed). The car seems to be working fine, but my question to the experts here is does this generally fix the issue or is it likely to reappear?

Thanks

That one is usually a long term fix (for not shifting/not starting) as many reach 100k or better without needing that repair. (not a huge sample so far of high mileage cars, but enough by now) Crapshoot on when or if it might need it, but there were more problems with earlier production.

Good thing is that it's covered by an extended warranty for that until 10/150k. Look up the details in the 14MO2 stickie in the MkIII problems section.
