What does?

The head gasket set include I'm trying to get all my eggs in one basket the oil problem has gotten worse, I've already got a 180 degree t-stat and a new pro cool water pump, I just need all the gaskets. Also should I buy a 2.3 intake and run it on my 2.0 motor? I have a 2.3 head that still needs to be checked I'm also going to be running a stage 1 cam in it.

What's with throwing performance parts at this engine repeatedly?

From all that has been posted you probably need a rebuilt/replaced lower end, but haven't wanted to do the tests to prove that (or disprove it, even though a long shot).

It won't magically get better for all the cool stuff attached to it.

How about installing the matching engine whole to get things working right, before trying to add multiple changes that won't work with the existing setup?

To answer an earlier question, the 2.3 head is mentioned a lot for better flow but you can't use it with the 2.3 intake manifold for lack of the controls for the runners. Cosworth style intake manifold would be needed as that deletes both intake controls.
