car turning over but not starting!

I have a 2004 SVTF that was just completely rebuilt. My friend and I just installed it and I am trying to start it but all it is doing is turning over. Coil pack is good brand new spark plugs wires are newer, alternator is brand new and starter is brand new. Timing belt is new and properly aligned. Fuel pump is working and I check the cut off switch and it is not active. Please help!

Did you plug the crank position sensor in? If that's not plugged in you won't get any spark.

Everything is plugged in correctly and I am pretty sure it is timed correctly.

So I did a compression test and the compression is 60psi across the board. Car still has not started and I feel like it should even with low numbers. Timing is good, there is spark, there is fuel. I am at my wits end with this car.

Do you need the cam bar and the little pin to do the timing?
