Gotta start simple, battery terminals may be loose/corroded.

Check the plugs and wires from the the alternator. It could be an alternator issue.

It is the wires that run from your alternator to you battery. If there is any exposed wires it could give you power issues. Also how old is your battery? when your starter clicks when you try to start the car, it is because your battery is weak and does not have enough power to turn over the motor.

The lighting and beeping problems are signs of an ignition switch problem. Especially the beeping.

Yeah, with additional issues like that, I'd swap out the ignition switch. No-crank-no-start issues where a jumpstart will start a vehicle immediately are usually caused by corroded or loose battery terminals. Even in the case of a car that has signs of a bad ignition switch- like funky intermittent lighting problems- it is still usually the cause of that portion of the problem. If the starter itself was the cause, or wiring to the starter was loose- jump starting wouldn't help.
