2010 focus misfire when ac is turned on

Hey everyone, new to this site, and have done some searching with my current issue but have not found a thread that seems to have same symptoms as my vehicle. A few days ago I noticed the car would develop a misfire to it, lasting only 10 seconds or so. Then it would snap out of it. Did not notice the misfire until I was at an idle, or stop at a red light. Today I noticed it would only develop this misfire when I turn my ac on. Once I turn the ac off and the compressor disengages the misfire goes away. I do have a few ideas, and items I'd like to check, but just doesn't seem right to develop a misfire with ac engaged, Ive always known a misfire to be more intermittent or constant. Maybe you guys could point me in the right direction, or give me some food for thought. Thanks guys!

I recommend heading to your dealer to have this looked into, ruddfan04. Please let me know when you have an appointment set up, and I can check out some assistance.

I don't take my vehicles to the shop, especially here in town. I do my own work fortunately. And no that tab doesn't fit my cars symptoms. It's not intermittent. It's only when the ac is on. Just haven't had any time to diagnose between class clinicals and jobs...lol
