2013 Aftermarket Alarm

Hey there,

I'm having trouble with an after-market alarm/remote start system. My new FOB will not unlock all the doors like I want. I already set my car to single-stage-unlock, and my original FOB works great! But whenever I use my new fob it still only unlocks the driver's side door. One exception; if I just interacted with the car (opened a door, drove it, basically "woke it up") and then returned within 3-4 minutes, then everything functions as normal. The alarm company swears their product is working as intended and I probably need an additional data bypass module to make it work.

Is this true? How do I get in touch with a knowledgeable Ford Tech (my local dealerships don't really know and they won't look at the car or attempt to troubleshoot unless I'm paying them for an actual job...I think) to ask about the electrical system.

Thanks for your help.
