2000 Ford Focus SPI unstable idle and no power.

I understand there are too much of these posts as is, so I apologize. I have come to this website many times, and let me say, you guys really have great ideas and very knowledgeable. This is my first car, and I am a new home mechanic, so please be patient with me. This is my first post here. That being said:
I have a 2000 Ford Focus LX SPI with SOHC, and I have the issue with idling that nearly everyone seems to have had. :/ This is going to be a long list of my situation probably so sorry.
PCV Valve, I have removed it, and put a new one on, but the old one did not want to come out of the valve cover and broke, and I really had time, but I got it out. But the new PCV Valve isn't tight into the valve cover, and I'm starting to think that maybe the black piece on the valve cover wasnt the PCV valve.
Going to check the DPFE sensor, and make sure it's not that. EGR Valve was replaced though.
Misfire:I got a cylinder 1 misfire when I bought the car, it's not reading anymore, but I feel its because the codes were erased recently, and not enough driving has been done. So the misfire leads me to suspect that the engine is also running low. I have done a compression check, and all were fine. I have tested the ignition coil and it is good. Spark plugs and wires are also fine and new. So now I'm suspecting fuel. Can someone give me extensive info on the fuel injection system? Like: Can you replace single fuel injectors, or do you have to replace them all? How do I know it's the injector and not the fuel injector rail that powers them? Can you clean a fuel injector?(Not with fuel system cleaner? Something more effective, like removing the buildup with a screwdriver or something? A link to another post about fuel injector removal would be appreciated.

Yes, you can replace a single injector, not all are needed to be replaced at the same time, removing them is easy, 2 10 mm bolts hold the fuel rail on, remove them then gently pry up on the fuel rail and remove the injectors.

Plz don't take a screwdriver to the outside of the injector, you could possibly damage it!

Cleaning can be done, but it's a shop job - NOT a home repair.

You can even send them out to be checked, cleaned, balanced (making sure they all work the same, closer than just "in spec.")
