Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open

Code p2004 showed up at auto store. This is a 2005 Ford Focus did not have any problems driving this morning except engine light came on. Does anybody know how to fix this problem and how much it will cost to get fixed?

Start at the top of the thread. I ended up replacing my solenoid, on the drivers side as the op did. I forgot how much the part cost, as I replaced mine last yr.
