I think this MFT update process may be new enough to warrant this type of "backup".

NONE showed up for the 2012 Focus

however I ran a 2012 Lincoln MKX and one showed up fr the MKX.

im hoping this means one for the 2012 Focus will be here soon. we are taking many phone calls here at the dealership asking when and I dislike not having a solid answer.

Do you have an order number? It should be on your receipt from your dealer. It is usually 4 digits, 3 numbers and 1 letter, or just 4 numbers. That will help me determine which one is yours. I will also need your dealer number, or their name and location. PM that information to me and I'll be happy to keep you updated.
