tps wire question

was testing my tps and decided to see voltages when running. one was 5.06, another was .89(fluctuates at idle between .89-.92) the third was at .06.... what is this wire for? the number changes as you open the throttle... i am trying to figure out if my tps could be bad even thought the main voltages are correct- .89 to 4.65 no blips

That sounds about right for throttle voltage. The only thing to keep in mind is that you cant really test a tps with a regular meter because if the voltage drops out you won't really see it unless you are using a graphing meter.
