Help code p1633 and p0720

I picked up a 2000 zx3 with a blown engine. I then did an engine swap with an engine from a salvage yard. The car now starts and runs cold as soon as it hits normal running temp it starts to miss and eventually stalls. Even after it stalls it will restart but dies if you try to give it gas. It has code p1633 and p0720. Thanks for any help

Code P1633 is Keep alive power voltage too low. and P0720 is Output shaft speed sensor circuit. The definitions are all I got. Maybe you can Google the terms.
