Angry Wheel Bearing Problems

I own a 2000 ZX3 and I've had my passenger rear side wheel bearing go out like 5 months ago and replaced it. Well, I was driving yesterday all of the sudden I hear a loud ass grinding noise and my rear wheel starts shaking like it's going to fall off, same wheel also. I notice that the wheel hub looks damaged also. Anyways this really pisses me off, is there a recall on this?BTW, my car is on coilovers if that has anything to do with it?
