Air Injection?

Does anyone here know If a secondary air injection code (p0411) could be caused by an o2 sensor? I have this code since installing my header and cant figure out if its the third o2 sensor causing it (i have installed spacers on it) or perhaps the gasket supplied with my header (F2) didn't have a hole punched for the EGR tube.

If anyone can help me that would be fantastic!
