Water temps?

After my recent repairs to the coolant system of my Focus I was wondering what the normal water temps are. On the highway, with outside temps in the 20's, my water temp is a pretty steady 225. This is with a 180 deg t-stat. The car also has a turbo but it is not cooled by engine coolant. I am using a digital unit that plugs into the OBD port so it is ready whatever the ECU is.

Does this seem a bit high?
