Question NON Focus nitrous question

I've been toying with the idea of putting giggle gas on my 84 Mustang (part time drag car)

Its has carborated powerplant (built 302), should I go with a wet or a dry kit? and what size shot should I start out with?

I know almost nothing about Nitrous... thats why I'm asking all the questions.

maybe a dry to start, My guess is 100 shot would be good. The fox bodys seem to eat up N20.

perhaps just a sneaky petty kit

i usually see plate kits on those the ones that go right under the carb, i would go wet with its obvious advantages and safety start out with 100 and do you have a msd dis controller the one that retards sparktiming? that may be something you need to run a larger shot

I'd go with this: http://www.holley.com/types/DUAL_SHO...100-250_HP.asp

That's what we had on my 68 mustang when I had the 302 in it. Ran great :D

my vote is for a wet kit also.. I did a similar car (85 mustang with carbed 302, built with forged internals)

the set up with the plate system was fairly easy, and we ran a 125 shot with no issues... other than traction problems
