I am questioning how long before I start seeing a PZEV turbo kit ^_^. I want to head in that direction so I am hoping maybe someone may be developing one right now!

Turbo Tom is waiting for someone to bring their car to him. If I had the money I'd take it down there.

Tom, exactly what kind of incentives would the one who brings their car to you be getting ? I may just consider this. I need a bit more details though. Like how long you would need the car and what not.
