Procharger math? PSI vs Pulley size?

Hi,
I've seen some calculations floating around FF to determine the impeller speed of a Procharger. Is there also a calculation or chart that shows flow/boost at a certain speed?

If 80,000rpm is 24psi, what is 70,000?
What about 65,000?
Etc....

Thanks,
Ben

Boost is relative to the efficiency of the engine and RPM. We are spinning ours 66000 and it is making about about 11 lbs at 7200. Our setup is made to rev 7500 spinning 69000 and we should be making 12 lbs at 7500. This is a 5.5 crank and 2.8 blower pulley. 65000 is about 10 lbs. 80,000 is where you want to be. We will be going beyond that with ours.

What size pulley would one need to make 15 lbs with a stock crank pulley?

Should? Is that just a guess. I dont want to sound like a jerk, but I just want to know for sure what PSI I would be running. How much do you charge for them?

Ray is not making a guess. when he said should it's just saying that f everything runs right you will more than likely pull 15 psi with that pulley. You have to remember that you will incounter less boost or psi if your engine flows really really well. Basically saying that if your engine does not flow well at all you would reach 15 psi sooner but it would not be as efficient and you would not get as good of numbers, however if your engine flows really well you will read less boost but get higher numbers.

I can get them for 105. Boost is relative to efficiency.Yes this should be pretty accurate guess for boost.

I understand that, I have a stock head, stock intake manifold and stock exhaust mani, and a ported stock throttle body. I know Ray knows what he is talking about, but there isnt too many SVTs with the Procharger, so I was making sure it wasnt just a guess.
