Ok here is the Dilly Yo from my perspective.

You'll need a new torque converter, new clutches, and a valvebody (or the equivelent via programming).

Price so far: ~$1650 parts (with hardware valvebody)
~$1600 parts (with software tweaks)

Then if you can do the labor yourself, then hurray, ya saved yourself some money there. However, like the majority of the people on here you don't have the toold and/or experience with dismantaling an ATX tranny, then you have to go to a shop. Expect to pay $500+ to get it done.

Price so far: ~$2150 part and labor

And yes the cluches are important! So there you go.

That was my issue with my ATX until I spent ~$900 on my ATX to MTX swap (in progress) and that is with a lightweight flywheel, brand new tranny, and heavyduty clutch.

If you should decide to stay with you auto it is better to get one pre-assembled. That way you spend the same money, but get a refreshed core. Oh and if you only upgrade the torque converter, let me know when your tranny dies cuase mine is for sale :)

my ATX is new from last week (i did to much burnout, so i damage the differential pinions, the metal particule got stuck in the valve body and its end by burning the clucths).

i already have a SCT Xcalibrator2 with the shift pres. program + agressive shifting program. so i just need the Lentech clutchs kit and the torque converter?

Think about what you just said .... looks to me like the hardware valvebody will be better for you. Since you broke it with the power b4 the supercharger.

the valve body was not the 1st source of the damage. if the differential didnt get damaged from my abuse, the valve body probably still be fine.

that the metal debrit from the differential pinions in the oil that cause the damage to valve body

^^^ I'm not saying that the tranny doesn't have potential, just that It would be more cost effective to buy a pre assembled unit, but hey it's you car. Just get the clutches and tq converter. Then find a very reputable shop to install it all. OH yeah and an oil cooler wouldn't hurt either,
