well, I just got done installing mine a couple of weeks ago. There are a few things the directions don't say to do, but it wasn't too hard. I'll have to go through the directions and give you some tips. I'll post some later. Microtonal also just did his. I'm sure he'll give you some good advice also. Overall I don't think it was too hard. I'd definately have a second person there helping because putting the lower manifold bolts on can be a little tricky. I'd get them from underneath the car with the other person holding the manifold a little bit out so the bolts will not be sticking too far to edge. I think the directions say to reach around the bottom from the top of the engine and thread them on by hand. It's just little things like that-nothing major. If you do get the kit there are plenty of people on here that have the kit on and would help. I have a zx3, i'm not sure how different the kits are, but it's not too bad.

thefrush is right on the money. Not real difficult, just takes time. My buddy and I did it over a weekend, and to be completely honest, we didnt even really follow/look at the directions, we just kind of winged it.

^^^ Make sure you don't over torque the pulley or you could damage the SC.
This happened to a guy on FJ recently.

Another thing I should mention is when you buy the JRSC+BBK as an entire kit, the pulley is NOT blue but it's the right size.

I installed my supercharger with a buddy in a weekend and it wasn't easy...Later I installed a MAF- Injectors- And smaller pulley which only took maybe an hour and a half. But honestly I would pay if I was going to do it again. Some bolts are hard to torque down...So if u got the money pay someone whos done it before to install it
