fi setup question. been around just new name

ok so i just got a new zx3. well not new. 00 with 01 engine. i bought the car and threw the engine and everything in it myself. and she runs great iam proud of it. but now its time for some fun. iam not scrwin around with little bolt ons this time. my last focus onkly got up to about 145 tq and hp so now iam going for fi.. what are the requirments. what do i need in order to slap a procharger for example with 12 psi on my zetec. i want a safe engine i dont want to worry about it breakin down because of a mistake.. iam lookin for big power. money has become no problem because with the work that i do iam good for anything... help me with this list. iam lookin to have over 200 hp and atleast 175 tq. i know of a few things needed but give me anything u all have. never thought about fi setups to much..

i think the guys from the forced induction chat would be better able to handle this...u could always talk to turbo tom, and support a vendor

find a good machine shop in your area, take your engine out and give it to them and tell em what you want to do to it. I doubt the stock engine can handle 12 psi of boostso they can put parts in that can handle that, just my two cents...
