really all you could get realistically is JRSC if cause you need to pay to get it tuned properly or you can use there black box which i hear is crap.

the turbo kits your gunna need to pay for install, tuning (PARTS) and tuning on the dyno, gauges, bov it can get ugly but when it is done you will be smiling and its good times. trust me i know.

personally id save up a bit more get like 6k in the bank and then do a turbo kit, i like stg1 focus power obviously i have it on my car it works good.

4k=
fr head
stg 2 crower cams
eagle rods
sleeved je pistons
zex 75-125 shot
and installed and tuned!

thats a stout setup right there, and capable of 300whp with a 125 shot, which can take it, given you have all other bolt ons, and you get good daily gas mileage

point taken, but i dont know how really to compare the 2..i have only the durations and lifts of each and from that i get

frIII- 390 lift and 240 duration
crower II- lift~410 and duration~230

hmm..also, do fr IIIs need new retainers? i wish ray would come on and help me out on this one
