Well gotta take off the Head UPDATE PAGE 3

Yep, Apparently u set it up th eRIGHT way and do EVERYTHING possible to be safe it still doesnt mean 100% safe. I did 4 nitrous passes a 75 shot wet, and I lost power in 3rd at about 5400 and I melted the #4 Cylinders spark plug. It disintegrated, and went out the Exhaust valve, but it also took a part of the exhaus tvalve with it. I did a Leakdown test, and Compression check. 0 is what it read. the Leakdown both times a TDC went out the exhaust valve. so im sure thats what happened. Ima pull the head this weekend and will get pics. Just letting ya know before u flame, Nitrous is safe, ONCE u get the BUGS worked out. the other Plugs were fine. Porcelain was puffed, and the electroded was burned off. I dunno if the fuel is not carrying all the way over to that cylinder or what. I had EVERY safety precaution, WOT switch, Window, I was shifting at 6800, so no matter how safe u make it, Freak things DO happen. I was also running Waynes Nitrous tune. WE are gonna pull more timing this time, ad the Fuel pressure was raised to 45. Stock pressure is 39. GOnna get a port and polish and a valve job done.

Yea, I am getting there. Its sad as hell, Sounds like a VW Bug. Anyways talked to shadyninja same thing happened to him. damn exhaust valve and a lil too much timing is what we are guessing.

Nice, that should be a blast...I actually have to remove my Valve Cover tomorrow to remove a snapped cover bolt to see how bad the break was... I'm hoping for that 'above the hole' break so I can just wrap a pair of vice-grips around the stud and screw it right out...

The other option...well, I just can't think about that right now...

o shit, yea god i hope it has some thread left. I mean im just pissed cuz u see people Ghetto rig stuff, and run 86 octane on stock timing with a 75 shot with REGULAR plugs, and I do everything the right way and it Screws up. lol, im just frustrated. I hope you dont have to drill that stud out and retap it!!!

Yep, that's the bad scenario... Man, that's gotta be one of the suckiest sounds I've ever heard/felt. I was tightening the last screw and it gave that loud POP, and then the screw was freely moving...

I actually got lucky in that it was the one directly in the middle...so as long as I drive 'sanely', the gasket still holds up...
