Need help with jrsc bbk having some lean problems please help!!!

Ok i went to my tuner today to install the bbk on my svt focus .We installed the smaller pulley,42lb injectors, maf and all was great till we put it on the dyno to tune it up.No matter what i do the car is running lean at WOT we put the duty cycle to 100% on the injectors and still running lean.

I was told by the tuner guy that it could either be the fuel filter or the fuel pump.Does anyone else agree with this.

Also has anyone else ever heard of this or had it happen to them?

Please help me ...

What was the datalog on the fuel pressure reading, what were your short and long term fuel trims? Did you get the actual FRPP BBK, or did you put one together yourself?
What were the spark readings and spark source? Did you leave the JRSC Black box hooked up? Did you send the pcm off to get it tuned by FRPP, or did you just get the kit and install it?

well, you probably shouldnt be driving the car with it that lean, but if you can datalog it, it might help. Also, you might want to contact Tom at Focus Power. I know he has a tune for the JRSC, and is a DiabloSport dealer. I dont work with the Diablosport products, but was going to try to help you diagnose it.

A lot of things can be going on , where did he set the switch for open loop , will it even go into high load open loop (load above 100%), what is your fuel psi at WOT where it starts going lean

I would say if he has never tuned a SVT Focus before he does not have all the settings correct in the software

There is soooooo many things it could be
