Are the screamin demon coil worth it?

I have the JRSC w/BBK on order and I am wondering if buying the screamin demon coil and livewire set is worth the money? Or should I just buy ford racing's spark plug wires? I'm trying to do a lot of my engine work now and am trying to figure out other things that might compliment the supercharger. I already have the exhaust from the headers back, I'm buying the throttle body, the SVT short ram (I know it comes with the stock SVT snorkel and box, but I think it will bring more air in with the steeda intake). What else would be a good addition without going into the actual engine. That will be next years project.

I wouldnt and dont like them , when a Focus comes in with them on I have to replace it with a stock coil just to dyno it because of all the interference they produce , as with the one in today i was tuning with FI we removed it and went stock coil and wires and didnt loose ANY HP or TQ

That is some good information. I think I will just buy the Ford Racing wire set then. What kind of spark plugs would you recommend?

Tom had to replace mine as well, it liked to start misfiring and missing completely on the dyno. Went back to stock coil and wires and then everything was well again.

MSD does have a coil out, not sure how it compares to stock, but I've never heard of anyone having problems like with the screamin demon out of the MSD. just a thought...maybe tom can give us some insight into the MSD coil...

Of course he tells me this AFTER I buy a SD coil and wires :) LOL... Mine have worked fine so far, but to be fair, the stock one was working great also.
