does anyone know what the sparkplug # is for a 1 degree on the 02 svtf

hi i heard it was a good idea to get a 1 degree colder sparkplug for my svtf and i curently got a jr supercharger,diablo sport ,focus central tb,full exhaust, and soon to have waynes intake,

If you have upgraded Plug Wires, like the Live Wires or FR 8mm wires, you could actually set the gap upwards of .065... I keep mine around .06 though, just because. I'm pretty sure that my Motorcraft plugs came gapped with .55... the tool was $2 from wal-mart, and it took maybe 10 sec apiece to change the gap on each plug...

what advantage would i get gapping it to .06 instead of what it comes with

Well, the theory is that the larger the spark = larger fuel burn which = more power... does it work? I dunno, the difference is probably too small to tell...that is why I only do mine to .06, just in case .065 is too much.

I don't think it would really matter one way or the other, I just did it because I was already changing the plugs, tires, and other necessary items...they're only $11, and I'm going to be adding more HP with mods anyways...
