Sound Off about your SC or Turbo

Hello Everyone! I have the $$$ to spend on an upgrade and I am trying to decide between the JRSC, Vortech SC, Powerworks SC, or the focus-power turbo and I need you all to help me decide. All SVTF owners who have one of these, please let me know how you like it, was it worth the $$$, any problems, and provide some pics if possible. Thanks all!

There's lots of good reading in the Forced Induction forums, where this is being moved to.

I say Powerworks...but you should really research each product and decide which one best suits your needs. Not which one suits the needs of everybody on the forum.

As a fair question that may help him answer his question

What do you say power works over my kit?

:D I absolutely love my powerworks kit - will love it more after it's tuned - but there's definitely something special about a turbocharged vehicle that can't be overlooked. I've yet to drive in a turbo'd Focus, but I guarantee either will put a huge smile on your face!

Sorry about that WD40. I was trying to get feedback specifically from SVT owners. Thanks.

Can the others who responded provide some dyno numbers and comment on the drivability of your vehicles? My SVTF is my daily driver and I will probably run it in some SVTOA on track events as well as autocross. Thanks!

Good point Tom. Is there a reason I should look to your turbo kit as opposed to a SC kit? Not trying to be offensive, just trying to make an informed decision. Thanks.

Would be glad to

Easier to upgrade
Turbos will ALLWAYS make more TQ , TQ is what you feel and what makes the car feel fast
Easier to raise the boost for weekend playing

If you look around Turbos are by far making more power and WAY WAY more TQ and isnt this the reason your looking for FI
