Unhappy Sad day in my world

I tried to order the JRSC and unfortunately they were all out because JR is revising their kit and all kits are on backorder as of now. I knew it was happening, but I thought that it wasn't until October. Well...I've waited three months already, what's another few weeks.

Well...just save up in the process so you won't be as broke when you install the thing!

I think the revision is for and actual tune instead of the sorry black box so you might want to wait anyway.

I'm buying the BBK with it, so I won't need the black box. They don't have any in stock right now. I want the tune with it and if they are making it better it's worth the wait. I think i've made up my mind on the supercharger. The power is there constantly and it's good for around town driving. I'm not looking for crazy horsepower, just a good little boost that's always there. I do realize that Tom's turbo kit is awsome. I've heard nothing but good things about his kit.

For the $ to power gains from the JR for us non SVTF owners, there is no way I could drop the cash on it.

Procharger...3200 bones.

But Procharger is not going for CARB approval. No biggie to most folks but i live in So-Cal where the pigs will take your ride for running a frickin' loud exhaust. It happens...

Anyway Onlyford4me,
Put that shit on backorder 'cause when they come in, JR will have preorders stacked up for delivery. Yes, they cut out their dealers but those guys are still placing orders as if nothing changed. So you know Jegs and Summit and all those other web only fuc&* out there are going to have PO's ready for those limited kits. Thats just the rumor over there.

You can tell a JR saleman to contact you before they ship you the supercharger so you know when you will be billed for the cash. They are good about that. Once you place an order at Jackson Racing, you have a personal account contact for ever. Call that guy and only that guy from now on. They might not have ALL the answers over the phone, but they will get you what you need- no doubt.

Just my 2c.
