sorry for jacking the thread, but how much would it cost to get a clutch installed. i dont trust myself to do anything of the sort and will have to have someone do it for me. and what is the deal with the FX300 costing the same as the FX400??? why not spend more money and get the stronger clutch. i know the 300 isnt as harsh of an engagement and cant hold the hp of the 400, but why not go bigger with the turbo or whatever???

To add to this topic, can anyone give the pros and cons?
I know a lot of you use the CM stage4, and that is your personal preference, but why?
I am looking to go to 300hp or better. I know someone can give a why or why not.
What about the centerforce or the Spec 4. I have to think about this as a daily driver, so yes stop and go will be an issue. Besides I dont want to look like a jackass if i stall it in heavy traffic. Can we float any of these clutches or are we gonna just rip the tires off on a launch?
Yeah I am asking a lot but we have already covered the Clutches/Flywheel combos now we need to know why.

Tom I know your busy but I am jonesing for a quote
Shoot me an email when you get a chance

Well i have the CM and i got that is because it is made out of 2 different compounds. (But forgot the name of the compounds) but one compound is good for lunching, and another one is good for daily driving.

I purchased mine on the recomendation of someone who already had one holding up 300+hp. Now I have 300+hp and it's as reputed. The pedal is not difficult at all, just different. mine is a daily driver as well.
If you stall it in heavy traffic it will not be the fault of the clutch...
