Just got car back with JRSC..have some ???'s

ok so i just got my car back from the shop after having my JRSC, clucth and flywheel installed. So when i first drove it, i was kinda surprised cause it didnt feel to much faster than when i dropped it off. Seemed kinda odd so i checked my boost guage and it was only reading 4-5psi...aren't these supposed to put out like 7 or 8 psi? I was thinking maybe it was from when i was installing my boost guage, it fell and knocked it so when its off, it reads 1 high, but then when you start it, it shouldnt read off right? And also, does anyone else get somewhat of a rattle from your JRSC? Ive heard of cars like the cobalt SS and ION redline doing this. My car already feels better im guessing because the ECU is learning the new traits of the engine but holy crap do i need a new tune!!!! But that will have to wait alittle. Anyways, if someone could answer these questions for that would be great.

thanks

nick

Did you get the 'big-boost' option? I'm being serious, actually...I think it involves a different s/c belt...comments, y'all?

I dont have an SVT but I have the BBk installed on my ZX3. I have that rattle, i always assumed it was the stock cat. The base JRSC kit only puts out 6 PSI but if you are runnig an exhaust you wont see those numbers. The Ford racing BBK gets me exactly 8lbs with an focus sport system. She runs like a champ, and i was able to RIP that frickin' powercard out of my engine bay. Now I have the custom ecu tune which seems to be doing well. My gas mileage is sweet too. I lost about 4mpg, at the most.

So, jeffrey, did you lose 4mpg's because your engine is sucking more gas like a demon, or because your right foot suddenly is filled with much more lead? =)
