$, $ and a little more $ while you're at it.

Sounds like a joke, but I'm serious.

There is no real way to "play right away"

Turbo kit (3-5k usd), maf and injectors (450), tuning (600-1000+), 3" exhaust (3-450), gauges (200+), boost controller (20-300), etc, etc.

If you have an automatic, upgrades will be essential, or you'll kill it. I don't know how much those run. A clutch upgrade would be a good thing if it's a manual.

You're looking at a shitload of cash, and if you don't do the install yourself...keep bumping the cash figures up.

FI in general is expensive yes. You gotta pay to play.

I'm selling a turbo kit if you're interested. It's in the for sale ads here, on FJ and ebay also.

Super charger is a little less exspensive. About $2900 for the kit, $150 for gauge, and what ever else for install if you don't do it yourself. $2900 is a base price, that's for the JRSC(Jackson Racing). Other kits go higher in price.

Heheh. If torque is what you are looking for I wouldn't look into a supercharger. An intro level SCed system typically puts down 80 less lb-ft of torque than an intro level turboed system. It sounds like you are looking for entry level kits. I would highly suggest looking at focus-power.com and looking at Tom's STG 1 kit to start with. Tom is one of the biggest Turbo heads on these forums. That's why they call him Turbo Tom
